OPHOZ ACCESSIBILITY
This page describes the current approach for OPHOZ Digital and Hospitality. It does not claim a third-party certification, completed conformance audit or universal compatibility.
OPHOZ uses semantic headings, labeled controls, keyboard-visible focus, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support and touch targets designed for mobile use across public experiences.
The OPHOZ navigation supports keyboard operation and a focus-contained mobile menu. Start a Project provides visible progress, labels, validation, error states and mobile-friendly controls.
The guest portal is web-based and does not require an app download. Hotels can provide property-specific guest service access through a QR code or direct link.
Native-app, assistive-technology, third-party provider and customer-specific branded states require broader device testing. OPHOZ does not currently claim a completed external conformance audit.
Email support@ophoz.com with the page, device, browser or assistive technology and the action you were trying to complete. Accessibility blockers are treated as release issues.
Contact OPHOZ SupportAccessibility is part of ongoing acceptance work. Specific conformance statements should follow qualified testing of the production experience and its configured third-party services.
